The students of St. Martin’s Episcopal School helped kick off the canned food labyrinth by bringing canned goods to chapel. Children started the labyrinth by placing cans on an orange outline forming a winding path. They learned that walking on a labyrinth is another way to connect with God through prayer.
All are invited to donate canned goods in the church or visit the education building and place canned goods on the labyrinth. All canned goods will go to Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County, our community partner working to end homelessness. The canned food labyrinth is part of the monthly giving project sponsored by children and youth ministry.
