Feed My People

We invite you to join us this Sunday, April 19, following the 10:30 service to assemble 200 snack packs for local students in partnership with Community Storehouse. Additional opportunities to participate in snack pack assembly will be available in the coming weeks.

The call to “feed the hungry” is a central tenet of our Episcopal faith. Each Sunday, we are reminded of our responsibility to care for others – to feed those who are hungry, clothe those in need, and care for those who are ill.

The mission of the Feed My People ministry is to develop programs that provide food for our neighbors – our brothers, sisters, and especially children – who are experiencing food insecurity. A key focus is partnering with local schools to support students who might otherwise fall through the cracks, whether by providing extra food for the weekend or resources for teachers to respond to urgent needs.

Almsgiving is a simple and meaningful expression of our faith – loving God by loving our neighbors.
