ST. MARTIN-IN-THE-FIELDS VESTRY MEETING
August 23, 2015

Not present: Jack Bolerjack, Jim Wilson; Scot McComas, Rector; Doug Watson, Treasurer.
A special meeting of the Vestry of St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church was held Sunday, August 23, 2015, at 12:08 PM in the church office. The meeting was called for the purpose of signing the Congregational Letter of Support of St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church for Lisa Neilson and the signing of the affirmation letter to the Audit Committee for St. Martin-in-the-Fields. Senior Warden Bob Bess chaired the meeting.
Letter of Support for Neilson
All vestry members present signed the Congregational Letter of Support for Lisa R. Neilson. The letter is needed as a part of her process to ordination.
Affirmation Letter for the Audit Committee
All vestry members present signed the letter to the Audit Committee for St. Martin-in-the-Fields affirming that all 2014 records were made available to the committee for their work and no funds were omitted. Such a letter must be provided to every Audit Committee throughout the Episcopal Church.
Gil Kleinwechter moved the meeting be adjourned, Annette Duff seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 12:24 PM.
