Trunk or Treat is a way for church parishioners and the community to come together after church and have a blast and this year did just that! Families and friends opened their trunks for children of all ages to come and trick or treat, while everyone ate delicious food from food trucks and enjoyed the shaved iced truck.
Carter Blood Care was on hand for people to donate blood, and we had 17 participants who accomplished that with their generosity!
Church goers also got to experience coffee hour with yummy brunch items after each service with Band of Moms hosting, welcoming new and returning members to our church. Many thanks to the Band of Moms, Lesli and Kristy Pemberton, Amanda Alvarez, and Rebecca Haynes for their superb job!
The Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts of Troop 937 were in attendance. In place of their weekly meeting, they decorated the scout trailer, set up tables and chairs for Trunk or Treat participants, and so much more! Thank you, Troop 937 for all your hard work!
Thank you to all who participated in Trunk or Treat. $240 was raised for Youth Ministry which will benefit the EYE Youth Mission Trip next summer.
