It’s been a year of purpose, with our young people learning what it means to live each day with intention. We’ve had projects, lessons and prayers that focus children’s hearts on living each day differently. Loving, committed volunteers have made the difference, serving and educating our children faithfully. Monthly giving campaigns have given our community a way to live out “the fives”: pray, give, worship, serve and love.
On Sunday, May 22, we’ll enjoy the last day of Sunday School by entering the world of Cave Quest, our Vacation Bible School theme. Our young people will have a blast exploring games led by adult volunteers and teens and sample tasty snacks. But, don’t tell the kids; there’s purpose behind every turn, with a message straight from the Bible. One of the verses promises:

“God will show us what path to take.” Proverbs 3:6

So, join us on this adventure! This is one Sunday your child won’t want to miss.

Get ready

We’ll have outdoor games if weather permits, so please make sure your child comes ready to play with closed toed shoes and casual clothes. You may want to apply sunscreen and bug spray too.

Summer Chapel begins on May 29

On Sunday, May 29, our summer chapel season begins with themes like Lava Lava Island and Crocodile Rock (Group Curriculum). Chapel meets at 10:30 am on every Sunday except the first Sunday of the month. Children will follow the cross from the sanctuary to the blue hall in the education building and return at the Peace to join their families for Holy Communion. On the first Sunday of each month, join us for the family worship service, where our young people are active participants in worship. Sunday School will resume on Sunday, August 21.
