Teach us to pray

In her sermon this week, Paula Jefferson examines the gospel of Luke, in which the disciples ask Jesus to “teach us to pray.” Through story, Paula lays out to us a wonderful analogy of how learning to let go can allow ourselves to flourish. In prayer, in learning to pray, we allow God to open our hearts, and to prepare us for what’s next. In prayer and with God’s presence, we can reach our full potential.
