In his children’s sermon for All Saints’ Day, the Rev. Henry Penner talked about saints, and in particular, his favorite saint, St. Francis. He told the story of St. Francis and the wolf. St. Francis was asked by a small village in Italy to help them with a wolf problem; St. Francis they knew, could talk to animals. So Francis came, and prayed, and with God’s help, divined a solution that would benefit both the villagers and the wolf. His legacy of finding a peaceful solution lives on today through the work of the Franciscan monks. Watch the video for the full story!
