All are invited to the Kingdom of God

In his sermon this week, the Rev. Ayo Omoniyi takes a cue from the Epistle lesson. In it, Paul tells the Ephesians that Jesus came to unite all people, Jews & Gentiles, and to break down the walls that divided them. Deacon Ayo reflects on this passage and relates it to our lives today: Have we ever felt discriminated against? Have we ever felt unwelcome? Who decides who is worthy of God’s love? Are we welcoming all those we meet to be a part of our church? Deacon Ayo asks us many questions, and leaves us with this thought: that we are all invited to the Kingdom of God.
