This week, the Rev. Christopher Thomas delves into the subject of what it means to be called by God to a purpose. He shares with us how he came to hear and to answer his own call. Father Christopher shows us how in the Old Testament reading, Elisha answers his call. And then Father Christopher asks us to look at our own calling here at St. Martin. To revisit our call that “All are Welcome.” Though we certainly know that all are welcome, do we truly believe that in our hearts? Do we really mean ALL are welcome? Are we living this purpose every day? Or is it time to hear that call again, anew?
