Our parish wide rummage sale on March 15 & 16 was a huge success! To date, we raised $4,824.68, and we expect that amount to go up a little over the next few weeks. Leftover books will be sold to Half Price Books, and many of our bigger items that did not sell will be taken to an estate sale, and 25% of those sales will be donated back to St. Martin’s! Clothing was donated to Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County.
Donations raised from the rummage sale will go to St. Martin General fund & will allow us to continue our many wonderful ministries throughout the year!
We want to sincerely thank Brandy Heckel, Linda Seeber, Sue Mitchell, Julie & Garrison Sutton, and Christopher & Aaron DeClerk for all their hard work recruiting volunteers, collecting items, coordinating a week long sorting process & making sure the sale went off without a hitch! We also want to thank the many volunteers, including Scouts & teens who helped throughout the week & during the sale…we could not have done it without you!
