Dear Children and Families,
I am praying for you and hope that you are well! This month will bring joy as we discover our love for Jesus grows stronger each day! We will continue to discuss the gospel each week as we follow the Lectionary. We will hear stories of Jesus’ ministry in the world and will be called to go forward with that mission. What does that look like? Helping a friend or neighbor in need, and/or bringing in a coat you’re not using anymore to be donated to the homeless of Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County? Whatever choice you make will be the right one with Jesus’ help! We will dive further into Jesus’ teachings and many more scriptures of how we can be called to be a disciple!

Children’s Happenings:
Nov.1: All Saints Day!
All Saints Day Nov 1! Come to the Drive In Worship Service on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 10:30, or tune in the worship service online (see details in the below link). Be sure to listen to the hymn honoring saints- written by members of our congregation, and sung by our choirmaster Joe Henry during Holy Communion!
Nov.8-28: Coat Drive for Union Gospel Mission (UGM)
The Good News Garden Project is underway! Children and families are invited to participate by signing up on Sign Up Genius, OR planting from home. Current at home project: planting carrots!
