Glenn Lacy surprised by 2 parades in his honor

On Saturday, June 20, St. Martin’s got together for a drive-by birthday salute to member Glenn Lacy, who turned 100 years old on June 22. Many people drove by holding signs, honking their horns and showering Glenn with love.

I would like to thank all of my friends at St. Martin’s that participated in the drive-by salute. There is just no words that can express my thanks & appreciation for what you did. It meant so much to me, & I will always cherish your thoughtfulness & kindness. – Glenn

You can see all the photos from that day on our Facebook or Flickr pages.

In addition to our parade, the City of Keller also surprised Glenn on his birthday Monday with a 100 car salute, including a fire engine! We’re so happy to count this wonderful man in our congregation & send him best wishes always!
