Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Meeting allows us to gather as a congregation to review the ministries, programs and events of the previous year, elect Vestry members and Delegates to Diocesan Council, review the budget, and attend to any other business that requires participation from the parish.

This year, the meeting will take place at 9:30 am (between services) in the church.

Voting

Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting, however, only Confirmed Communicants in Good Standing are eligible to vote.

Membership

All members currently listed in our Breeze database as Confirmed Communicants in Good Standing are eligible to vote.

We will be voting on 5 candidates for Vestry (four for 3-year terms, and one for a 1-year term) and 4 candidates for Delegates to Diocesan Convention.

If you are the leader of a ministry, please submit a concise report of your activities during 2023 and any plans you may want to mention for 2024 no later than Wednesday, January 17 for inclusion in the Annual Report.
