The Annual Meeting will be virtual on Zoom & requires registration to attend and vote
The Annual Parish Meeting of St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 via Zoom at 12:15 pm. The worship service will be a spoken service, so that members who attend in person have time to get home and log on.
All church members and visitors are invited and encouraged to register to attend. As a parish, we share fellowship, elect vestry members and diocesan Convention representatives, attend to congregation business, review the budget, and hear what we are doing together to reach more of our community and the world. Confirmed Communicants in Good Standing are eligible to vote at the meeting.
Registration
Registration is required to attend the Zoom meeting. Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting, however, only Confirmed Communicants in Good Standing are eligible to vote. Each voting member in a household must register separately.
You may find it helpful to have two electronic devices available if you are voting: one to view the Zoom meeting and one to check your email & vote.
Membership
We will be sending an email confirmation to all members currently listed in our database as Confirmed Communicants in Good Standing.
Please be on the lookout for an email from the Parish Administrator through Breeze for this email. If you do not receive the email and you believe yourself to be a Confirmed Communicant in Good Standing, please contact the Parish Administrator, Anika Rinker at stmartin@stmartininthefields.org or call 817-431-2396 ASAP in order to rectify the situation.
You MUST be listed on our membership roles as a Confirmed Communicant in Good Standing to be eligible to vote.
