I wanted to share this small glimpse from a busy week of Vacation Bible School (VBS) preparation, because stories like this encourage us that God is at work among us.
I’ve had teens waiting at the door this week to work on VBS. Each day. Every day.
I also told a teen that had been working long hours tirelessly, who kept asking for more work, to take a break and maybe call it quits for the day. He said, “No, I can’t… I want to see this through.”
I wanted to share this with everyone as we gather the first day of VBS. Everyone has worked so hard on preparation and it has been amazing. I’m very grateful to see God’s hand at work, right here, in purpose and in transformation.
