VBS Concluded with a Royal Tea and Worship

A mighty thanks goes to all who helped make Vacation Bible School (VBS) at St. Martin’s an event fit for royalty!

Over 130 participants and volunteers filled the castle halls at Kingdom Rock VBS. God reigned over the event, and many creative and generous royal subjects made it a special event to remember. VBS ended with a Royal Tea Party  with live performances from crew leaders and children, special prizes, and scrumptious banquet of cookies, tea, and sweets. Karen Lewis, St. Martin’s Preschool and Academy teacher, served as song leader, dressed as a royal maiden during the worship service. The Rev. Amy Haynie  celebrated a wonderful service using prayers specifically designed for young families, and it was an amazing celebration of Vacation Bible School.

This VBS was a great event in christian education as we all learned to “Stand Strong for God!”
