A retreat for teen girls was held on Saturday, January 14 with lots of fun, laughter and prayer. This evening featured Holy Communion, dinner, sacred art, journaling as prayer and closed with compline. Adult women mentored our girls for the evening, providing words of wisdom. It was a time for girls to connect and learn about strong women of the Bible. Special thanks to the Pulliam family for hosting this event and to the Rev. Susan Slaughter, Kathy Bedell, Carla Pulliam, Nancy Wieden and Aaron Santos (artist) for serving as mentors to our teen girls.
