The Rev. Henry Penner offered drive-thru ashes to busy morning commuters in suburban Keller on Ash Wednesday, May 5, 2014 from 7:30-8:30am. The church will offer drive-thru ashes again to evening commuters from 4:45-6pm. Drive-through ashes offers busy people a way to connect with Ash Wednesday remembrances and traditions as the season of Lent begins. Drive through ashest complements St. Martin-in-the-Fields’ traditional Ash Wednesday worship at 6:45am, noon and 7pm.
