Catholic Charities to come speak at St. Martin’s

Representatives from Catholic Charities will be visiting St. Martin’s during all 3 services the weekend of June 6 & 7 to speak about the International Foster Care Program. They will be on hand after services, and will have an information table set up during coffee hour after the 10:30 service for anyone who is interested in learning more about becoming a foster parent to an international child.

The International Foster Care Program at Catholic Charities partners with foster families to provide children who have fled their country of origin with a safe, nurturing, culturally sensitive environment that equips and empowers them to reach their full potential. Children come to us as refugees, victims of trafficking, and asylees from places around the world such as East Africa, Burma, and Central America.

If you are interested in becoming a foster parent for an international please contact Catholic Charities at ifc@ccdofw.org,   817-289-0461.
