A Special Chapel Project this Sunday: Teaching Kids How to Live a Generous Life

Note: Just a reminder that this Sunday will feature the Family Worship Service at the 10:30am service time. The family worship service is held on the first Sunday of every month. This service offers an opportunity for families to worship together, in a kid-friendly worship format, with a children’s sermon, youth readers and more.

A Creative Sunday Awaits

Kids and teens will get the opportunity to work on a special art project this Sunday, September 7 during the 10:30am family worship service. After the children’s sermon, the children and teens are invited to head to the chapel to create giving boxes. Children will learn Biblical principles on giving and see how they can lead generous lives, just like Jesus lived. The children will return to their families in the sanctuary after this project.

This project is a great preview of the fun kids and teens will have on Wednesday nights starting September 10. After a quick dinner at 6pm, kids and teens will head to classes that teach ways to respond to God’s own generosity with their friendships, their money and with their daily lives. Want to know more about what is being offered on Wednesday nights at St. Martin’s? There’s something for everyone! Join us after the 8:30am service and after the 10:30am service in the education building for a preview of all classes.Visit http://www.stmartininthefields.org/sunday-september-7wednesday-night-classes-preview/ to learn more.
